Walt Frey was a Senior Instructor for the Council of Residential Specialists and has conducted the certified Residential Specialist (CRS) courses nationwide for 22 years. He has taught in all 50 states, been a featured speaker at several NAR conventions and has conducted courses in Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico City, Kuala Lumpur, The Bahamas, The Dominican Republic and the US
Virgin Islands. He was the year 2002 President of the Council of Residential Specialists.

He was a Master Facilitator for The Pacific Institute, an international self-development organization based in Seattle and in 1994 was honored by its founder as the International Real Estate Facilitator of the Year.
